This has to be my favorite cover of this song...it is sung to perfection and it captures the emotion so precise. It always gives me chills especially if you've seen Carol Wood's audition video. The Beatles are never a let down. I have to mention this is one of my favorite movies too!

TONE IT UP at home

I have been waiting for this DVD to come out since the first time i came across Karena & Katrina from Tone It Up on YouTube. It was probably two years ago that i found them on YouTube & since then i have been following all of their workouts. I even have gotten some great healthy tips, they have become an inspiration. So of course when i found out that they were partnering up with Jane Fonda and Target i knew i had to get my hands on it once it came out.

So of course i went to target excited to get it, to find out that they didn't have it =( but luckily they told me they would have it the following week. I finally got it & i was excited to start the year exercising. (^that is me the same day i got it after the workout).

It's a really good exercise for anyone, it is not too easy that its like a walk in the park but more like a walk in the park with a couple of hills along the way lol. Its been a week since i first started to do it & it still has me sweating like day one.

This has been the best buy of 2011!!!
